Our savings calculator shows a percentage comparison based on 50% lower cost for the selected work. We agree the scope, responsibilities, availability and all inclusions in a written proposal. The final proposal determines the actual saving.
Yes. A focused assessment, an automation pilot or one placed person is often the best way to establish a working relationship.
Your proposal names the contracting entity, the delivery owner and the scope before anything starts. Group membership does not mean every company provides every service.
No. Notice periods are stated in the agreement and we keep them short. Documentation, credentials and code stay yours throughout, so leaving is always possible.
Managed IT and migration
Usually not. Co-managed is common: your person keeps the business knowledge, and we take the load they cannot cover.
Yes. We plan the handover with you: what transfers, in what order, and who holds which credentials at each step. Nothing is switched off before its replacement is verified.
Included. Azure, AWS and Microsoft 365 are part of managed IT here. Platform consumption costs stay yours and are itemised, never marked up quietly.
Security and compliance
The free assessment. It is scoped, costs nothing, and produces a findings report and a prioritized plan you can act on with or without us.
Yes, as a paid consulting engagement with a named consultant: gap assessment, the policy and evidence set, the internal audit itself and the management review inputs. It is quoted separately and is not part of the free assessment. The certification audit itself is carried out by an accredited body, which has to be independent of whoever prepared you.
Never — not by email, phone, message or through this website. If you receive a message claiming to be from us asking for credentials or an MFA code, it is not from us.
Global teams
There is an agreed overlap with your working hours, set during scoping. Full coverage of your day is possible where the role justifies it.
Full-time and weekly arrangements are dedicated. Hourly and fractional arrangements are shared by design — that is what makes them affordable.
Replacement and handover are our responsibility. Work records and documentation exist so the next person is not starting from nothing.
Yes, always. We shortlist; you choose. Nobody is allocated to your account without your say-so.
AI and software
Not unless you ask for it and we agree it in writing. Most builds use your data at run time only, through a model that does not retain it.
Yes. Source code, repositories and documentation are yours, and handover is part of delivery, not an extra.
That is why pilots exist. We measure error rates on real cases first, and anything consequential keeps a human approving the output.
