QNN SolutionsTerms

The legal bit,
kept short.

How you may use this site, who owns what is on it, and what is actually binding between us.

Last updated 2026-10-14. Terms of use for this website, and the governing law for each market we contract in — Pakistan, Oman and the United States.

Using this site

This website is published by QNN Solutions ("QNN", "we", "us"). By using it you accept the terms on this page. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

We may change these terms. The date at the top of this page tells you when they were last updated, and the version published here is the one that applies.

All content on this website — text, page structure, layout, design, graphics, illustrations, icons, animations, source code, and the arrangement of all of it — is © 2026 QNN Solutions unless stated otherwise. All rights reserved.

Trademarks and names

"QNN Solutions", "Quantum Neural Networks" as used by us, the QNN mark and the logo on this site are marks of QNN Solutions. "Prime Edge", "Astrobot Academy" and "Hassan & Sons" are marks of their respective companies within the group.

Other product and company names on this site — including Microsoft, Azure, Microsoft 365, AWS, Zabbix, Wazuh, QuickBooks, DATEV and Dynamics 365 Business Central — belong to their respective owners. We name them to describe what we work with. Naming them does not imply that those companies endorse, sponsor or are affiliated with us, except where we state a partnership explicitly and can evidence it.

What you send us

When you send an enquiry through this site, you keep ownership of what you write. You give us permission to read it, store it and use it to respond to you and to scope the work you asked about. We do not publish it, and we do not use it as a case study or testimonial without asking you first, in writing.

Please do not send confidential technical details, credentials, network diagrams or personal data through the enquiry form. If the conversation needs that material, we will agree a secure route and, where appropriate, a non-disclosure agreement first.

How we handle the information you send is set out on the privacy page.

Accuracy of what is published here

We try to keep this site accurate and current, and we correct errors when we find them. Even so, the pages describe services in general terms. They are not an offer, a quotation, a warranty or professional advice for your specific situation.

Nothing on this site creates a contract. What binds us is the written proposal and agreement for your engagement, which names the scope, the delivery owner, the contracting entity, the price and the exclusions. Where this site and a signed agreement differ, the agreement wins.

Figures such as project counts, team sizes and founding dates describe the group at the time of publication. Illustrative examples — including any sample findings report — are labelled as illustrative and are not drawn from a real client.

Links to other sites

We link to our group companies and, occasionally, to external resources. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, their security or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

Availability and liability

We provide this website as it is. We do not guarantee it will be available without interruption or free of errors, and we may change or withdraw any part of it.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on general information published on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Liability in respect of services we deliver is governed by your engagement agreement, not by this page.

Who you contract with

QNN Solutions operates through separate companies in each market. The entity you contract with is named in your proposal and agreement before any work starts, together with the delivery owner and the scope.

This matters more than it sounds: it decides which law applies, which courts hear a dispute, how you are invoiced, which tax applies, and which privacy regime governs your data. We state it in writing rather than leaving it to be worked out later.

Governing law by market

These website terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, where the site is published. That does not remove any right you have under the mandatory law of the country you are in.

For services, the agreement you sign carries its own governing law and jurisdiction, and that takes precedence over this page for everything it covers:

Pakistan

Contracting entity

Prime Edge (SMC-Pvt) Ltd · Hassan & Sons (Pvt) Ltd

Laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Courts of Pakistan.

Privacy regime

No comprehensive data protection act yet; PECA 2016 applies to electronic crime

Oman

Contracting entity

Prime Edge

Laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Courts of the Sultanate.

Privacy regime

Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree 6/2022) — regulator: MTCIT

United States

Contracting entity

QNN Solutions LLC (Texas)

Laws of the State of Texas. Courts of the State of Texas.

Privacy regime

State privacy laws including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act

Registration numbers for each entity are provided on request and stated in your agreement. Where you are outside these three markets, you contract with the entity named in your proposal, and we say which before anything starts.

Statutory and consumer rights

Nothing on this page removes rights you cannot lawfully be deprived of. In particular:

  • United States. Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of incidental or consequential damages; where that is the case, those exclusions do not apply to you.
  • Pakistan and Oman. Local consumer and commercial protections apply where they are mandatory.

We deal business-to-business, so most consumer rules will not apply — but where they do, they win.

If something goes wrong

If you have a complaint, write to us first. Most problems are a scope misunderstanding and are resolved in a call. We commit to responding substantively within ten working days.

If that does not settle it, the dispute goes to the courts named in your agreement for the entity you contracted with. We do not use mandatory arbitration clauses or class-action waivers.

Export control and sanctions

Some of the group's work — particularly unmanned systems and counter-UAS through Prime Edge — falls under export control, defence trade and sanctions regimes, including those of the United States.

We comply with the export control and sanctions laws that apply to an engagement, and we will decline work, or decline to supply particular items or technical data, where those laws require it. Where an engagement needs a licence, authorisation or end-user documentation, that is agreed in writing before delivery starts.

You confirm that you are not subject to sanctions that would prohibit us from dealing with you, and that you will not re-export anything we supply in breach of those laws.

Electronic communications and records

You agree that we may communicate with you electronically, and that agreements, notices, scopes and approvals sent and accepted by email or through an electronic signature service are valid and enforceable — under the US ESIGN Act and UETA, Oman's Electronic Transactions Law, and Pakistan's Electronic Transactions Ordinance 2002.
