QNN SolutionsWhy us

The question everyone
thinks but rarely asks.

You are considering a group whose delivery teams are in Pakistan. Here is the honest case for and against, so you do not have to work it out from a capability list.

The honest versionIncluding what we are notNo offence taken

The real advantages

What you actually
get from this.

Not "cheaper". Cheaper is the least interesting thing about it, and the easiest for someone else to beat.

  • Senior people on your account, not juniors

The same budget that buys you a first-line apprentice locally buys a specialist here. That changes what gets fixed rather than escalated.

  • Your evening is our working day

Pakistan sits ten hours ahead of New York and eleven ahead of Texas. Overnight work — migrations, patching, restores — happens in our daylight, not at 2am in yours.

  • Depth across a group, not one person

A three-person local MSP has one cloud specialist. If they are on holiday, so is your cloud. We have specialists across cybersecurity, cloud, development and monitoring in one group.

  • Capacity you can turn up and down

Adding a person takes days, not a recruitment cycle. Reducing takes notice, not a redundancy process.

The fair objections

And what we
do about them.

Every one of these is reasonable. None of them is a reason to stop the conversation, but you should hear our answer before you decide.

Whichever entity is named in your proposal. US clients contract with QNN Solutions LLC in Texas. In Pakistan it is Prime Edge (SMC-Pvt) Ltd or Hassan & Sons (Pvt) Ltd, and in Oman it is Prime Edge. It is stated in writing before anything starts, rather than hidden behind a trading name.

Where you need processing to stay in a region, it stays there — monitoring data, logs and backups in the cloud region your policy specifies, stated in the agreement. For US clients we say plainly that delivery teams in Pakistan may access the data, under the contractual protections in your agreement, rather than leaving you to discover it later.

English is a working language across the group and the education system. The gap that actually matters is not language, it is context — knowing which of your users is the finance director and which system nobody may touch during month end. We close that with documentation and a named coordinator, not by hoping.

You leave. Notice periods are short and stated, documentation and credentials are yours throughout, and we run the handover to your next provider properly rather than sulking. Lock-in is not a retention strategy we are interested in — if we are only keeping you because leaving is painful, we have already failed.

Overlap is agreed at scoping and staffed against your working hours, not ours. Full coverage of a Gulf or US Eastern working day is straightforward. A full US Pacific day needs a shift pattern, which costs more, and we will tell you that up front rather than promising it and degrading quietly.

Where we are not the right answer

We will tell you
when to buy elsewhere.

A supplier who has never turned down work is either very lucky or not being straight with you.

  • You need engineers physically on site most days — you need a local provider, with us behind them if useful
  • Your contract or regulator requires all personnel to be nationals of, or resident in, your country
  • You want the cheapest possible price above everything else — someone will always undercut us
  • You want a supplier who never says no. We will push back when we think you are about to waste money

Still unsure?

Ask the awkward question directly. We would rather answer it now than have it end a conversation three meetings in.
